Key Areas Examined Inspection of grounds, exteriors, common areas, dwelling units Review occupancy procedures, rent charge calculations, project’s financial systems & controls Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance Programs

Completed before the SV RD Notification Letter Tenant Notification by management Desk Review by RD
