Reducing Waste WE ARE USING RECYCLED PAPER. We have these bins to separate our waste in each class. We also reuse our materials for art.

Our Composting WE COMPOST LEAVES, LEFTOVER FRUIT FROM OUR LUNCH, TEA BAGS AND GRASS CUTTINGS. WE PLAN TO USE THIS COMPOST IN OUR SCHOOL GARDEN.

Reducing Litter LITTER IS A PROBLEM THROUGHOUT IRELAND. REDUCING LITTER IN OUR SCHOOL WILL IMPROVE OUR ENVIRONMENT AND CONTRIBUTE TO A BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE. WE HAVE IDENTIFIED TWO LITTER BLACKSPOTS IN OUR SCHOOL, AT THE WALL AND ALONG THE HEDGES. WE HAVE LITTER MONITORS WHICH COLLECT THIS RUBBISH EVERY DAY AT LUNCH TIME.
