General Guidelines 9 th graders – World Geography & Health 10 th graders – World History 11 th graders – Choose one: Earth Science Physical Science Life Science 12 th graders – US Govt. & Economics

Grades 50% will come from your work online and the online quizzes within the system – You can retake the quizzes one time when you come to take your proctored tests if you are unhappy with your grade received when you took it the first time 50% will come from your proctored Mid-Term and Final Exams

Proctored Exams There will be a couple of exams required for each course. These exams will need to be taken under a proctored setting here at central office on either Tuesdays or Thursdays from 8:00 until 11:00. Please Mrs. Barrios to inform her that you’d like to come and take a proctored test so we can ensure someone will be ready accommodate you.

Class Parameters It is designed for you to be able to complete the course during the summer so that you will be freed up during the fall for other classes. If you do not complete the course during the summer, you can continue to work on it during the fall until completed. You will take your proctored tests at your school instead of central office.

Dropping a Class If you choose to drop a class after beginning to work, please contact Mrs. Barrios immediately. If you do so during the summer, there will be no penalty and it will count as if you never enrolled in the course. If you do so after school begins, the same rules will apply that govern the dropping of courses which is that you will WD Failing and it will affect your GPA.
