mindfuel at the heart of transport research Consortia shall… +consist out of min. 3 independent partners from different countries (max. 70% of eligible project costs per country) +consist out of Universities, research organisations/ institutes, stakeholder associations, city councils, SMEs and industry (+ associated LoI/MoU partners) +present tn cooperation added value and +provide a draft Consortium Agreement (cooperation commitment, IPRs etc) in EPSS +TN-Requirements related to the consortia +Obey complementing requirements in n/r specifications (Annex GfA)!
