Additional RCF Requirements RCF repairs require heat and mechanical pressure methods… for pre-cure retreaders that means an Inside Envelope is required. Tube cures on quick-change rims also work. Tires cured in full bladder matrices (molds) can also use the RCF repairs. Repair systems using pad bladders can be used, as long as the entire surface of the repair unit has bladder pressure.
