Provides $17.8 million in increased federal funding for Child Care Works to serve an additional 3,600 children. 11

Provides $2 million in federal funding to establish Infant/Toddler add-on rates for STAR 2,3, and 4 providers. Total increased investment: $35.1 million in federal funding. 12
