Summary of Drafting Subgroup Meeting, March 11-13, Brussels WLTP-10-34e Approximately 150 PowerPoint slides comprising open and confirmed points, expert approvals and GTR corrections were reviewed over three days. A number of definitions were discussed, some approved immediately. It was concluded that a meeting with mass and dimensions experts led by B. Coleman will take place to clarify some open definitions. Since the Brussels meeting, another 40 slides have been added to be processed. Summary of Drafting Subgroup Meeting, March 11-13, Brussels WLTP-10-34e For the Drafting Subgroup and its work tomorrow, three documents have been uploaded to the UN ECE server: The GTR, version 03.04.2015 including all tracking changes. The GTR, version 03.04.2015 incorporating all GTR corrections (see next page), and material confirmed since the first days of the GTR. As a result, many tracking change bubbles have been eliminated, making the GTR more readable. This was requested during the Brussels meeting. The 70+ slides mentioned on the previous page. Summary of Drafting Subgroup Meeting, March 11-13, Brussels WLTP-10-34e Types of corrections incorporated into the GTR: elimination of "must", use of the word "will", use of sample/samples/sampling/sampled, formatting, spelling, spacing, paragraph/equation/figure numbers were checked, use of weighing and weighting. BTW: according to the UN ECE, "must" may not be used, only "shall". "Shall" is for obligations and "may" for options. However, the GTR uses "must" on at least one occasion.
