Biology 1 Packet II Lab Plasmolysis in Plant Cells

Copy this information on bottom of Pg. 32 in your Packet: Plant cells have a vacuole, which is like a water balloon. When a vacuole is full of water, it causes the cell to expand, like air in tires, and the plant has strength to stand tall. No water in vacuole = Wilted/Drooping plant  Elodea is a plant.
