Oshkosh Corporation Today Established: 1917 FY14 Sales: $6.8 billion Fortune Ranking: 322 Headquarter: Oshkosh, Wisconsin Operations: Manufacturing in seven countries Service centers in 23 countries Six new product development facilities Employees: 12,000+ Customer Reach: 130 countries NYSE: OSK Our Mission: To partner with customers to deliver superior solutions that safely and efficiently move people and materials at work, around the globe and around the clock Oshkosh At A Glance Oshkosh has been in business for over 95 years and has grown and evolved along the way. We’ve developed our company into the world’s leading specialty vehicle company through both organic opportunities and by acquiring leaders in niche markets where we are able to leverage our numerous strengths to capture and maintain leading market shares. We employ more than 12,000 people around the globe. Of course, our headquarters are here in Wisconsin, just like they’ve been since 1917 when the company was founded. We are comprised of 4 segments and each is a strong player, with leading brands in their industries.

A Family of Industry Leading Brands Pierce Manufacturing (1996) Nova Quintech (1997) McNeilus Companies (1998) Jerr-Dan Corporation (2004) CON-E-CO (2005) London Machinery Inc. (2005) Kewaunee Fabrications (1999) Viking Truck & Equipment (1999) TEMCO (2001) AK Specialty Vehicles (2006) Iowa Mold Tooling (IMT) (2006) JLG Industries (2006) Oshkosh has grown and evolved over the past 98 years. We’ve developed our company into the world’s leading specialty vehicle company through both organic opportunities and by acquiring leaders in niche markets where we are able to leverage our numerous strengths to capture and maintain leading market shares. Acquisitions key part of growth strategy… 15 acquisitions since 1996. [Note, 12 are shown in the slide because acquired but then divested Geesink Norba Group (2009) and BAI Corporation (2009), and exited the Medtec Ambulance Group (2013).] TRANSFORMING OSHKOSH INTO A GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL

Working Together to Move the World at Work Values, Mission, MOVE Strategy This slide provides a good pictorial lay-out of the types of products and brands found in each business segment and further clarifies the alignment of products and markets in each segment. Oshkosh safely, efficiently and cost effectively moves people and materials at work around the globe and around the clock,… on the Defense side, performing important missions in demanding conditions like the difficult terrain in Afghanistan Our portfolio of businesses serves a diverse customer base, yet provides numerous bundling opportunities with customers – for example access equipment, towing equipment, service vehicles, concrete mixers, refuse vehicles and more to rental companies. Nearly everything we do moves on wheels providing tremendous technology, purchasing, distribution and manufacturing synergies We’re able to leverage cross-segment manufacturing benefits We leverage purchasing power through a single supply chain organization We share technology across segments, with examples including: Command Zone, multi-plexing technology used on virtually every product; TAK-4 independent suspension, which is used on most chassis we make We share distribution in multiple markets globally Together, these advantages create a business whose value, we believe, is greater than the sum of its parts As you can see in the lower left corner, JLG produces equipment for the US Army. More than 2,300 ATLAS vehicles have been fielded to the U.S. Army and Army Reserves. In the Defense segment, you’re familiar with the HEMTT LHS, the FMTV, and the M-ATV. In Fire & Emergency, you’ll see Airport Fire and Rescue for Commercial and Military customers, as well as Oshkosh H-Series snow vehicle. In the Commercial business segment, you’ll see the McNeilus refuse truck, along with the NGen alternative fuel concrete placement vehicle. Oshkosh Operating System 4
