Student Expectations Credits count toward graduation (must earn 22 credits out of a possible 24). 9 th grade is the beginning of your transcript & grade point average (GPA). Each semester class is.5 credit. Credit is only granted for a D- or higher (60%). Summer school is an option to make up credit but expensive (about $100 per class) & online. Attendance and tardiness are monitored; Wednesday morning detention for 3 tardies to a class. 4

What a semester looks like: Students will take 6 classes per semester (about 61 minutes per class) 2 semesters in a school year All 6 classes will meet on Wednesdays (10:30 start time; lunch served before school) 12 total possible classes in a year Exams at the end of each semester Approximately 18 weeks per semester Nutrition Break 5
