4 HCS Series Operating Principle: Two meshing rotors positively displace air from inlet to outlet As the air is forced between the asymmetrical profile of the rotors, it is compressed to approximately 15 PSIG (1 BarG) The seal created between the rotors and casing allow back-pressure to build...up to 50 PSIG (3.5 BarG) Heart of the System

5 HCS Series Design Features: Stainless Steel shaft seals on either side of the rotor keep air from leaking out of the compression chamber. Timing Gears ensure NO CONTACT between the two rotors.
