JOB DEVELOPMENT Job Development Services are provided in collaboration by GAIN and General Relief Opportunities for Work (GROW) Business Services Specialists (BSS)/Job Developers. JOB DEVELOPMENT Services Provided by BSS/Job Developers Participant-Related Services Participant-Related Services –Assess and determine participant’s work and education history –Uncover and address potential employment barriers –Provide employment preparation workshops –Assist with job search and resume development –Establish marketable abilities and skills

JOB DEVELOPMENT DPSS Job Developers Training/Conferences Annual Countywide Job Development Conference in partnership with the LA Area Chamber of Commerce and other organizations.
