TMM Risk assessment Conduct a comprehensive HIRA for TMM. Conduct and submit comprehensive issue based HIRA. Submit continuous HIRA systems. Training All training modules for operators and TMM maintenance team including assessments. The training provided must be based on the COP guidelines of the MHSA. The training must be based on all SOP’s implemented on site. Training provided must be site specific. The training provided including assessments must be risk based. Maintenance The employer to submit all SOP related to maintenance. The employer to submit all HIRA related maintenance. The employer to submit examples of PTO’s conducted on the maintenance team. The employer to conduct an analysis of all maintenance work(planned and unplanned)conducted on TMM and ensure that all procedures are in place and submitted to the DMR. The employer must establish as system for scheduled maintenance work and ensure that it is conducted in accordance with the OEM specifications. The employer must ensure that all applicable risk assessments are in place including compliance with Section 21 of the MHSA. The employer must ensure that there is an appointed Engineer or a competent person appointed to ensure safe use of equipment on site. >>>>>>>>>THE DUE DATE 30 JUNE 2015>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

TMM operation and Maintenance The employer must establish a list of all activities conducted by TMM and the TMM maintenance crew and ensure that all applicable procedures are in place. The employer must ensure that all OEM manuals are in place and readily available for inspection. Due Date 30 June 2015 TMM Regulations The employer must ensure full compliance with the new TMM Regulations. The employer must ensure that a HIRA is conducted for ROP’s and FOP’s and these devices are fitted where it is determined by the Risk Assessment. The employer must prepare an implementation plan and present to the Principal Inspector within 14 days.

The Conveyor belt Qualifications The Conveyor belt COP GUIDELINE was issued in 2014 and all employers must fully comply with the requirements as of 30 June 2015. Qualifications The employer must ensure that all legally appointed employees are competent to carryout their legal responsibilities and are conversant with the MHSA. The employer must conduct and audit and ensure legally appointed personnel are competent and submit all appointments to the Principal inspector of mines within 14 days.
