Josh Sheehan

Accomplishments In 2006 he learned to flip a 50cc bike with a friend, soon after he learned to flip his kx450 motorbike in a sand quarry near his house. This made him want to learn more tricks. Josh Sheehan is the only man consistently performing a double backflip on a motorbike, today he was determined to make history by landing a triple backflip on a motorbike. People said it couldn’t be done, people said you die trying but after a year of preparation he landed the world first triple backflip on a motorbike on April at Pastranaland. Josh entered the Redbull x-fighters and won the home nation round in Sydney 2011.

Child hood He grew up in a small town of Donnybrook two hours south of Perth. Josh Sheehan has one brother whos name is Chris. He was also born and raised in Donnybrook living on the family farm. Josh was born on the 27 February Chris sold Josh his first motorbike at dirt cheap rates. It took josh 200 flips before his mum would come and watch.

Problems/obstacles Josh Sheehan has overcome many training crashes trying to learn his tricks. His only injury was in his first competition in 2007 when he broke his wrist on a massive whip. In a interview Josh said “He is scared of not the actual injurys but the failure”. He know that a injury can end his career

Other things to consider Josh’s motto is “ there is no limit, if a trick has been done anyone can learn it with enough practice. He makes his mechanic check his bike, double check it, and double check it again. He then goes calm and 100% focused, trusts himself and what he has practiced. His goals are to win back to back titles learn more tricks and keep going while he is at his best if there is another x games he would love to win them.
