TRUE or FLASE? Everyone needs 8 hours of sleep a night. Sleep patterns are not genetically influenced Some people thrive on fewer than 5 hours of sleep per night Sleep patterns are culturally influenced Our brains keep an accurate count of sleep debt for up to 1 week Sleep commands roughly 1/3 of our lives – on avg. we’re asleep for 25 years!!
