Milan 1906 International Exposition of Sempione In 1906 The Simplon Transalpine Tunnel,a railway connection between Paris and Milan,was completed.It was a huge event celebrated by building lots of pavillions in an area of Milan.This Expo had transportation as its central theme.

On the one hand millions of people are undernourished, on the other there are those who die from ailments linked to poor nutrition or too much food(obesity)
