Our Team Miloš Tucaković Managing Director m.tucakovic@stantonchase.com Miloš started his career in 1985 as a sports journalist in “Politika” Newspapers before he moved on in 1990 to work in Training at Hyatt Corporation. During his career at Hyatt, he was Director of HR and was an Executive Board Member. Then, he was Managing Director of Advance International (representative of Wilson Learning Group). Miloš has over 10 years of experience in the Executive Search business and has completed many searches from board level to General Managers and senior level Directors. Miloš is also a licensed A&DC Assessor. Miloš was on the Advisory Board of different companies and worked with their Executives on re-structuring and company development. He is also active as a leadership development coach for CEO’s and General Managers. Miloš is a member of the Serbian Association of Managers and Knowledge Committee of Serbia. He is also lecturing on management at the College of Hotel Management in Belgrade. Miloš has a B.Sc. degree in Economics.

Our Team Jasmina Milošević Principal Consultant j.milosevic@stantonchase.com Jasmina started her career in 1988 as the Country Training Manager in McDonalds Yugoslavia, responsible for the training system and implementation of company’s HR policies. She subsequently moved to the Association of Yugoslav Publishers and Booksellers as the Adviser for International Cooperation. Jasmina also worked for Canadian Embassy, International Organization for Migration and lived several years in Berlin and London. Following the introduction of modern banking in Serbia, in 2004 Jasmina joined the team appointed by the National bank of Serbia which set up the first Serbian training institution in the field of Banking, the Academy of Banking and Finance. At the position of Program Manager she helped the Academy grow into a regional leader in financial education for professionals. Jasmina has been a Principal Consultant in Stanton Chase for 5 years now and in that period she has placed numerous top financial professionals in banks, financial institutions and multinational corporations. Jasmina holds a BA degree in English Language and Literature and speaks German as well. Jasmina is an A&DC Licensed Assessor.

Our Team Maja Manojlović Anđelković Consultant m.manojlovic@stantonchase.com Maja graduated from the Faculty of Political Science, department of International Relations. She started her career in 2004 as an Associate in the non-governmental sector, where she worked for three years on different projects. She joined Stanton Chase in January 2007 as a Researcher and was involved in all executive search activities and assessment projects. She was also in charge of updating the File Finder database. In January 2013, Maja became an Executive Search Consultant. Maja has also been active in different associations, primarily in the Serbian Association of Vehicles and Spare Part Importers, as an Associate for event coordination.
