SOCIAL STUDIES COURSE OPTIONS Global Studies Advanced Placement (AP) Human Geography – Students who are successful in AP Human Geography: Have a high level of academic curiosity and motivation Want to pursue knowledge further and deeper Are able to maintain a high level of organization with time, class materials, and assignments Have a mature, focused work ethic and are able to maximize learning time in and out of the classroom Have strong reading, notetaking and writing skills and are able to read a college level text, create summarizing notes and express themselves clearly in writing – Weighted grade – AP Exam in the Spring Curiosity Thrives Here
