CEBT: The Virtual Incubator concept l Based on regional NETWORKING of universities, r&d institutions and firms´ associations. l Regional Administration promotes and co-finances VALUE-ADDED SERVICES to individual incubators and entrepreneurship programmes. l COMMON services, procedures and assessment. l Offering both OFF-LINE and ON-LINE services. Growing importance of telematic services. l A part of a broader REGIONAL system to support the creation of NTBFs ( ).
