ISO/TS16949TSE-ISO-EN Şahince Otomotiv San. ve Tic. A.Ş. active as a manufacturer in the Automotive Sector in Bursa city in Turkey, located in Bursa Organized Industrial Zone. Ford / OtosanContitechToyotetsuValeoBoschTofaş / Fiat Main customers, all of whom are leaders in their own sectors are: Parallel to the development of the automotive sector in Turkey, Şahince also developed rapidly. The company with only turnery production facilities in the early years of its foundation in 1980’s, first improved itself in this area, then since 1995 had the chance to improve its skills in the production of steel parts by producing its own dies; also caring turnery production. Customer oriented, Şahince gained experiences in different processes: Tooling, deep drawing, assembly by welding… Over the years, installed a zinc coating unit and after an electro coating unit, in its own location. With its new investments, can offer complete solutions to its customers as a business partner. Together with mutual trust and assistance, every year work potential and turnover has increased. Today, having a closed area of 13,000 m2, producing 1,000 different reference of parts for the Automotive Sector, Şahince is one of the most important vendors of the Sector. Exports some of the produced parts ( U.K., Germany, Italy, Brazil, India, etc. ) makes a significant contribution to the economy of both Bursa and Turkey.

The automotive industry in Bursa encourages employment for more than employees. The export rate in the automotive industry was 22,959 M US Dollars in (peak point) Only the passenger cars rate seem to be 7,495 M US Dollars, in the starting course.

ISO/TS16949TSE-ISO-EN Die production hall is produced all sorts of forming,deep drawing, blanking,progressive dies for sheet steels and also fine blanking tools.Fixtures for assembling and instruments for inspections are produced by CAD/CAM programme and CNC Milling Machines at our die production hall.

ISO/TS16949TSE-ISO-EN Stamping hall We are able to form sheets and coils in various sizes and forms with hydraulic, mechanic presses and NC controlled presses using feeding units and conveyor lines. Presses in the stamping hall powered from 100 tons up to 1000 tons, table dimensions up to 1800 mm x 3050 mm.
