NMCRS Staff members may not discuss client information, nor divulge such matters to anyone, except on a “need to know” basis. Client confidentiality policy does not apply to: *Criminal Acts *Misconduct *Matters affecting good order, discipline, and the security of the Command Command involvement may be a condition of providing assistance in cases of mismanagement or significant financial problems. YOKOSUKA OFFICE: 638 active duty and retired Sailors, Marines and their families, received $438,843 in financial assistance.

MAKING A DIFFERENCE FOR SAILORS, MARINES AND THEIR FAMILIES Quick Assist Loan (QAL) Program ACTIVE DUTY ONLY Maximum $500 loan to assist with needs Must bring ID Card and full month LES No more than two per 12 month period Cannot have an outstanding NMCRS loan Cannot have a UCMJ or NJP Every 3 rd QAL requires additional education requirements and may require an appointment – PLAN AHEAD
