© Crown copyright 2008 The offer The “offer” is the overall package of support that is available for National Challenge schools to benefit from. As gatekeeper and commissioner, NCAs play a crucial role in diagnosing which elements of the offer could be beneficial and useful for their NC schools. Put simply, not all elements will link to the schools’ priorities. It is worth noting that a number of items within the offer will be familiar to NCAs and are not new.
