Introduction Sai Kung Town  evolved from fishing villages  “Tourism Gateway”  population increased  pressure on housing development increased  cause environmental impacts

Our Sector – Residential Houses in Sai Kung Town Land-use:  residential housing developments  commercial developments  supporting facilities developments

Our Sector – Residential Houses in Sai Kung Town (Cont. 1) low-rise housing blocks with a range of 3 to 12 storeys villages

Objectives: To distinguish the impacts of existing residential buildings to Sai Kung Town environment To sustain the environment in Sai Kung Town by providing the alternatives in different aspects

Baseline Conditions Sai Kung Town  Area: 105 hectare (ha)  Population: 14,000
