4 Draft findings from the Mid-Career survey results –Total respondents: 521 –Limited or no awareness of full range of services –User experience issues –Recommend LinkedIn and other services –Ask for better offline services and non-PST timezone services Ask for Information from the school –help in making connections –Easier job lists (should not need to log in) –Salary information –Many fairly happy with their skills –Several are looking for practical help with focus on mid-career –Negotiating –Resume writing –Presentation skills Mid-Career Taskforce Update

7 Draft Recommendations of the mid-career Taskforce Tailored Career Services offerings –Offer negotiating and networking coaching AIMED at the mid-career alum (this is available for junior alum but does not suit the needs of mid-career) –Easier and priority access to top tier recruiting agencies Revamp and Expand Hire Haas!
