WHAT IS WHAT IF WHAT IF is a program written by Gert Vriend, and hist students and post-docs as a tool to work with Proteins It runs on Pc's with LINUX or UNIX, Silicon graphic, SUN and even on computers under Windows The people who wrote the program are practitioners. So the most options were created because someone asks: "What if when The program is cheep The program is flexible, so it's easy to write new options Therefore the whole WHAT IF comprises around 2000 options. This is very voluminous but there are good help- functions to find the options.

WHAT IS WHAT IF On the other hand it's not easy to learn. It's not only learning by doing, You have to use your brain, but then you have a big tool to answer a lot of questions.
