A. A healthy Life Activity 1 Questions To Warm up: Do you lead a healthy life? Discuss the ways that people can make their lives healthier. Who do you think will live longer? Why? Can you say something about a balanced diet? What disease frightens you the most? Why? What’s your opinion of regular medical check-ups?

Activity 2: Imagine what Paula, Peter, and Maria are like. Describe the three people’s appearances and personalities. Work in pairs to come up with at least two more pieces of advice for each person in Part A Hear some more advice from the fitness expert. Afterwards, brainstorm other factors that might affect life expectancy.
