Referring to Papers Mention titles and authors as needed, even in Abstract Avoid saying “this paper”, (which paper is it?) Use authors’ names to refer to article: “Jones, et al. derive...” for example

Citations Citation #’s appear in order: [1], [2], [3] One article has only one citation # Citation mandatory for borrowed Figs. Fig. 1. Diagram..., (from [1]) No URL in citation of journal or book Journal names in italics

IEEE Format No cover page 4 pages max Use 1.5-spaced IEEE template Pay attention to details of typesetting
