ATLAS IBL Tool for gluing flex on omega C.Bault/FX Nuiry - IBL Stave Meeting - UniGe August 31st Process description This tool has been designed for Genova Flex. Have to be updated for Bonn flex Fix flex on top support: 2 pins + 2 clamps + vacuum suction Fix dog leg + temporary control circuit on top support extremity: 3 pins with clamps + 2 support Fold wings with wing support slide in top position Put a mask on flex to apply glue with accurate thickness Remove mask Return top support up above base Move down top with help of base pins into appropriate holes Wait for glue polymerization, with appropriate weight Remove clamps on top extension Remove flex clamp on top support Remove top support
