- Fort Knox Gold Vault Chapter The Gold Vault Chapter Fort Knox, KY General Membership Meeting July 28, 2011

- Fort Knox Gold Vault Chapter Agenda Opening Remarks/Welcome – Freddie Blakely Chapter Presentation – Joe Bonano –Amendment to Bylaws –Status (Model Chapter and Strategic Goals) –Lift off scholarship announcement –Newsletter –Social networking –Call for volunteers –Membership Guest Speaker – Patricia A. Tracey, VP, Hewlett Packard –U.S. Navy Vice Adm. (Ret.) –Vice President, Industry development –U.S. Department of Defense, US Public Sector Hewlett-Packard Company Questions and Answers – Board of Directors

- Fort Knox Gold Vault Chapter Bylaws Amendment Rationale The responsibilities associated with a combined Vice President- Operations and Community Outreach requires a significant volunteer effort, which has hampered our ability to fill the position. This proposed amendment divides the responsibilities between two positions—Vice President, Operations and Vice President, Community Outreach. –The Vice President, Operations would be accountable to the President for managing the chapter operations and managing our progress against the Chapter Strategic Plan. –The Vice President, Community Outreach—also accountable to the President—would be externally focused on reaching target populations in the community for support and collaboration on common goals and objectives. By dividing the responsibilities, the chapter is more likely to attract skilled volunteers for each position and achieve the goals and objectives within the Chapter Strategic Plan.
