ALPS CETL: | York St John University: Videos for the web Requirement for videos to be available within the VLE –Flash video or FLV. –Very common format for web based videos, ( used by many news websites such as YouTube, Google Video etc ). –Cross platform and browser compatible. –Easy to convert from other file formats. –Requires some knowledge of HTML to configure a player to display the video files. ( we used the FREE JW FLV MEDIA PLAYER 4.3 ).JW FLV MEDIA PLAYER 4.3
