Exceptions to xTRAIN Eliminates the need for signed paper forms, except: - Permanent U.S. residents: must submit a signed and notarized statement -Payback Service Agreements - Initial Application

xTrain External Users & Roles PD/PI (Program Director/Principal Investigator) Responsible for the overall direction of the training program Selects and appoints trainees,amends appointments as needed, and initiates termination notices PD/PI Delegate (ASST) Has delegated authority to perform PD/PI xTrain training appointment functions Cannot submit appointments
