Network Analysis  Steady State Analysis: 1. This analysis is used to to determine system behavior at a certain point in time. 2. This point is usually at the average demand or fire flow. 3. It is not suitable for time dependent events.

 Extended Period Analysis EPS 1. It is used to determine system behavior over time. 2. It shows system behavior during daily varying demand. 3. It shows Tank filling and empting. 4. It shows system behavior due to automatic control conditions.

 Age Analysis: 1. Water age analysis provides general indication of the water quality. 2. Old water within the system losses chlorine and water may be polutted.

 Constituents Analysis: 1. A constituent is a chemical substance. 2. It shows how a substance introduced to the system changes concentration with time.
