Current Status of GHN 2010 March 10 + USET/Royal Observatory of Belgium by the end of this month

Current Status of GHN 2010 March 10 Provide daily images from all nine stations Provide 1 m & 1" images from BBSO, KSO and YNAO Database: BBSO 2001 March 08 ~ 2009 May ,066 frames KSO 2000 July 20 ~ 2009 January ,989 frames YNAO 2002 January 01 ~ 2008 December ,164 frames Total 1.1 million ~ 9 TB More data waiting to be added into the database + SFD

Functions updated and to be implemented 2010 March Locate raw data & Dark/Flat correction & Contrast Enhancement

2010 March 10 Automatic update of Synoptic maps and movies for each rotation Other automatic detection of solar features

2010 March 10 Fast mode flare observations

2010 March 10 Fast mode flare observations

2010 March 10 Fast mode flare observations 1.The size and intensity of the halo remained almost constant in the range of 10 Mm 2. However, the core area was very compact and expanded rapidly from about 1 Mm 2 to 4 Mm The halo contrast increased by about 8% compared to the flare- quiet region, which is close to the most current simulation (13%)by Cheng et al Scheduled fast mode observations, ~150 fps, 4000 ~ 9000 Å
