External Review of the DOM and Chair Conducted by Drs. Vic Schuster (Chair, AECOM) and Martin Blaser (Chair, NYU) Suggestions: – Further improve communications in the DOM – Improve practice infrastructure – Work with BMC to find “win-wins” for DOM/hospital – Articulate departmental vision in new healthcare environment
