 Congress is the Legislative Branch.  It is made up of the Senate and House of Representatives.  Each state is represented by two Senators in the senate.  The House of Representatives has 435 members.  Congress decided to go against war for now.

 Each Congressional chamber has particular exclusive powers.  The senate must give advice concert to many important presidential appointments.  The U.S. capital Houses Congress - the legislative branch of the government.  Consisting of the Senate and the House of Representatives, Congress is responsible for creating the laws.  They are the elected representatives who make the laws.

 The Executive branch is made up of the President, Vice President, Military, and other Government officials.  There are nine officers or organizations directly responsible to the Chief Executive.  The Constitution granted specific powers to the president to run our country.  However it did not detail the actual support department that the president would need.  The top elected official and his or her advisors who put the laws into effect.

 The Judicial Branch is America’s court system.  It is responsible for enforcing the laws.  The Judicial Branch makes sure the laws are fair and constitutional. The Judicial system includes the Supreme Court and the Justices.  The Supreme Court handles crimes that the lower courts can’t handle.  The system of courts that enforces laws and resolves disputes.

Judicial Branch  The Chief Justices so far are John Rutledge, John Jay, Oliver Ellsworth, John Marshall, Roger Brook Taney, Sal N. Portland Chase, Morrison R Waite, Melville W. Fuller, Edward D. White, William H. Taft, Charles E. Huges, and Harlan F. Stone.

 There are U.S. district courts U.S. courts of international trade, and U.S. court federal claims.  Article III of United States constitution says established the supreme court.
