Discovery and Due Diligence  Basis for final SOW for Seats Management  Duration: 16 weeks  Key deliverables –Set of detailed assessment reports –Roadmap to enter Seats Management  Transition activities & plan  SLAs and other contractual agreements  Service management plans

Discovery and Due Diligence  Focus areas: –Deskside/break fix infrastructure and equipment –Network topology and equipment –Server infrastructure and equipment –Applications environment –Messaging –Support infrastructure and environment

Windows/Exchange 2000  Enterprise wide design, pilot, and implementation planning  Duration: 22 weeks –Multiple milestones  Key Deliverables –Detailed Win2k/Exchange 2k Design –Lab environment with detailed test plans/results –Pilot –Deployment plans for the enterprise
