Mission October Your Mission is to assess all aspects of water use in Tucson Arizona including historical trends and predictions and to propose a plan for the next 100 years.

Tucson water facts Tucson is developing a Long Range Water Resource Plan that will help determine where water will come from in the future, how much it will cost, and what its quality will be. Tucson has three water sources – groundwater, Colorado River water, and effluent (treated wastewater). 44 billion gallons each year is allocated to Tucson from the Central Arizona Project Current use is about 20 billion gallons of Colorado River water a year. Clearwater Renewable Resource Facility.
