Aims of the Project promote all-round education –setup a radio station for students –develop ethics, intellect, social skills as well as aesthetics of students installation of a new central & classroom PA system

Personal Growth of students improve language proficiency - English & Putonghua enhance students’ confidence in public speaking and speaking in front of the microphone develop creativity, social, problem solving and communication skills acquire broadcasting skills and techniques cultivate sense of belonging to the school learn how to cooperate with other, promote team building and spirit more civic minded, respect to laws and others develop a fine taste in music

Enhance Teachers’ Professionalism increase teachers’ incentive to promote all- round education through a wide range activities related to the radio station enhance the team spirit of teachers broaden the participation of more teachers in school activities in a professional way

Activities Organized  Language Proficiency  fostering biliteracy and trilingualism in a realistic and stimulating context  English Chatterbox  DJs of Chatterbox involve in program voice-overs  conduct research, choose music, write scripts, organize interviews, set up equipment  English songs, campus news, subject reports  all students may involve in interviews, quizzes, song dedication etc.

Activities Organized  Sing Along  broadcast English songs with printed lyrics given to all students  Putonghua Time (Fortnight)  write scripts, choose songs, organize competition, public speaking  tongue twister, literature reading and story-telling competition.

Ethics and Aesthetics Nurturing 1.Morning assembly talks on moral and civic education issues 2.music appreciation 1.introduction of famous composers and their works 2.introduction of different forms of music

The Way Forward  Campus TV  integrate image and voice broadcasting  training of good speaking and body gesture  Forum for Life events  promote social awareness and national identity  implement value and moral education through debates and discussions
