Identify how the proposed project plans to address the problem/need. Explain how the award addresses the community problem/need.  Project Key Partners – Identify key partners and their roles on the project.  Award Date and BTOP Financial Information. – Provide the award date and federal funding amount. – Provide recipient match amount. 1

The recipient can highlight key information from the “Executive Summary” and “Project Purpose” sections of the BTOP application. The high level overview should address the following: Identify the areas to be served by the project. Demonstrate how the project will address the broadband adoption or access needs within the community. Identify the areas to be served by the project. Propose the number of jobs to be created within the community by the project. Indicate how the project will be sustained beyond the funding period. 2
