For the purposes of clause 12 (Disposal of prohibited landfill waste), the waste identified below is prohibited landfill waste for the specified area: 15. Industry will establish Product Stewardship Organisation (PSO) to manage: – contracts – data collection & reporting Interim Industry Standard released in May 2011* – requirements for collectors, transporters and recyclers under scheme – transporters requirements: Training Risk & mitigation procedures Licenses Insurance * Australian Standard will be developed in National Product Stewardship Legislation
