jswecop Approach from ECOP A lot of reading but hopefully you have ideas ready to input! Some things to consider from the Review Team
jswecop Some things to consider Agility – what does it mean? How is it relevant in education? C(S)R – more passion, less reactive? Partnership development – employees as partners, a ‘climate of co-operation’? Innovation – radical enough? Others?
jswecop Way of working In groups consider a picture of European education in What are the key features which distinguish then from now? Present back briefly in plenary Again in groups, identify any high level changes to FCs likely as a result – new ones, deletions, significant amendments. A big task! – big points only please!
