The Grand Hotel is a magnificent landmark of Taiwan, and also a emblem of ancient china. It has traditional palace style architecture. The Grand Hotel serves the community as an internationally recognized hotel with high standard and quality. Introduction of The Grand Hotel

Our motivation We choose it because… The Grand Hotel is a well known hotel. It has special traditional palace style architecture. It was one of the top ten hotel in the world. It is a ☆☆☆☆☆ hotel It is a special scenic spot! It represents R.O.C when distinguished guest visits.

The variety of the rooms and restaurants. The special designed architecture. Its’ non-profit capitals. The good attitude in attending to customers. It is a five star hotel. SWOT Strengths

The way it deals with consumers’ services. The way of its’ leadership. The maintenance of its’ building. The average age of employees is old. There’s no record of consumers’ favorites. Training of it’s employees is poor. SWOT Weakness

The great location. It is a good travel scenic spot for visitors. It has fantastic views and convenient communications. Its’ well experienced in restaurant-business. SWOT- Opportunities

The cost of personnel matters It didn’t join the international organization It’s old fashioned point of view. SWOT- Threats

Conclusion The Grand Hotel should have a tactic on attracting tourists by Chinese culture and architecture. It could provide light lunch to customers, because providing meal has become a major income of the hotel. It could also ask opportunity for providing meals on the High Speed Railway. And finally, join the national organizations in order to get more customers.
