SDPI Competitive Grant Program SDPI Competitive Grant Program: Program Narrative - Workplan FY 2006 Workplan Instructions: Please describe your workplan for the following Goals for FY 2006, which is Year 1 of the Demonstration Project. For each Goal listed below, outline your objectives (what you hope to accomplish in measurable terms) and briefly describe the activities that will help you meet those objectives. Please clearly indicate your target population for each activity. You should refer to the Core Elements documents we have developed during the Planning Meetings for details on what is required of everyone. Please limit your workplan to no more than 3-5 pages, which means the narrative under each of the Goals should be no more than a long paragraph. You are encouraged to attach copies of your final Idea Maps to supplement the brief paragraph description for each Goal.
