Organ Systems and Field Trips and Football, Oh My! Created by Devyn Schwab October 12, 2010

TN Curriculum Standard Grade 7 Life Science Grade 7: Standard 1 – Cells GLE Describe the function of different organ systems and how collectively they enable complex multicellular organisms to survive. SPI Explain the basic functions of a major organ system.

Directions For this game, you will divide into teams of 4-5 players with one person as the captain, who will answer the questions for the team. Each team will have a score card and will pick a team name. Throughout the game there will be buttons at the bottom of each slide. When you click the button, you will be sent to the title slide. The button sends you back to the Game Board. The button will be used the most because it sends you to the next slide that you should be on. ex: from Question 1 to Answer 1 How to Play – The game will begin with each team on the 5 yard line (Question 1). If you get the question right, then you get to record your points (yardage) on your score card (5 points (yds.)/correct question). If you get the question wrong, then you get to move on to the next question, but you DO NOT get to count your points (yardage). When you have attempted all of the questions, you have finished the game. Question 21 is optional. However, if you answer correctly, you get to add 2 points to your final score. If you do not answer correctly, no points will be added.
