Outside Forces Many factors, particularly outside pressures, are having IHEs think about e-learning as one of the possible solutions to present and forthcoming challenges.

No ‘One Size Fits All’ Approach There is not one tool, no one approach, nor one-size fits all approach to change or to increasing e-learning. There is a need to create an environment to support and encourage those who want to participate in e-learning, or some aspect thereof, as equal to the need to preserve and support an environment for those who do not wish to participate.
