Call bis- Infoday, July 1st, 2009, Brussels Aim to create integrated public services related to several areas of public participation,(development and enhancement of future legislations, reporting of local issues particularly about pollution and noise, and submission of wishlists and requests) to identify major obstacles that may prevent public from expressing their voices, particularly focusing on social, technical and cultural barriers. Simplification of relationship between citizen and government workers, multi-channel communication strategy (e.g. internet, mobile, phone and kiosks). Each channel is synchronized, with a high usability level, to handle a wide coverege of citizens without ICT knowledge. Raising the awareness of public so that they can be a part of conflict and problem resolution and democratic process, with the channels defined above, in order to help governments to act regarding local issues on time with the right resources.
