Project Overview Students will read a profile about George Eastman & the invention of the camera Students will view & discuss a 1901 video clip of an old maid getting her picture taken

Students will do a photo analysis of an 1882 schoolhouse Project Overview Con’t Students will use a digital camera to take a picture of their school Students will compare their school and an 1882 schoolhouse using a Venn diagram

Lesson Specifics Project to be used with with mentally impaired high school students taught at the 3 rd -5 th grade academic level Project is to be used as part of a science/technology unit on cameras Project and activities could take between 1-2 weeks to complete
