Targets Annual targets - will be updated each year –Specific: drives and brings attention to resources –Measured: summative measures for accomplishment –Attainable: can be accomplished this year – Results: benchmarks to measure efforts – Time bound - to be accomplished this year Not all sub-goal areas addressed every year Focus will change each year as different components become accomplished and part of what we do Focus on what will be new and different

21 st Century Skills Since we live in an age of innovation, a practical education must prepare a person for work that does not yet exist and cannot be clearly defined. - Peter Drucker It is no longer enough to simply read and write. Students must also become literate in the understanding of visual images.
