Past and Present Verbs Game 2 Week 5 IT14 This teacher led activity aims to help children differentiate between past and present verbs. The child’s task is to choose between two written verbs: in present (3rd person singular) or past tense, and to decide whether they are written in the ‘past’ or in the ‘present’. The next slide is the answer sheet for each child to complete during the IT presentation, and should be printed, and distributed to the children before you start. Children should complete the sentences and tick the appropriate column, ‘past’ or ‘present’, on their answer sheet prior to receiving feedback.
