JULAC (Joint University Librarians Advisory Committee) Cards  MEd students are eligible to apply for JULAC Cards  Visit and borrow items of other UGC libraries  Borrowing privileges may vary among libraries  Application can be made at the Circulation Counter, MMW Library or Town Centre Library

 Materials with loan period  7 days may be renewed twice  The new due date is calculated from the date of renewal  You cannot renew a checked-out item if : There are holds on the item The item is overdue Maximum no. of renewals has been reached RENEWALS

 Users may place a hold on a checked-out item with loan period  7 days  Your “hold” quotas: 20 items  Loan period may be shortened if a hold has been placed on loaned items  notice will be sent to you when the item is ready for pickup HOLD / RECALL

Library SMS Alert Service  Users are required to register mobile phone no. at to receive free SMS alert when a book is due in 3 days, overdue, recalled or ready to pick up.
